have you ever checked with a dermatologist that this is ok? it’s just that I have a clarisonic, which is basically an electric toothbrush but for the face, and it specifically says not to use it with abrasive products as it’s too harsh for your skin, regardless of whether your skins sensitive or not.

The cetaphil dries my skin so no. I use a PH balanced cream cleanser. No more drying out. And yes you do have to tone, especially if you have acne. Use a toner that most benefits u. So that toner that removes your make up is fine. Someone else would use a diff type of toner.
@shrimplukin1982 Actually, I most prefere Argan oil + jojoba + whatever other oil. Argan oil + your fave oil is AMAZING. You should try argan oil + rose hip! U’ll love it, my friend!
@shrimplukin1982 I don’t know because there are SO MANY oils that benefit the skin. It doesn’t matter to me at this point. I think rosehip is preferred if you have blemishes, though and anti-aging. Only if ur really serious. Otherwise I would just use simple jojoba or coconut.

about the apricot scrub..pretty sure its either walnut shells or apricot pits i forget,it is sharp bc obviously how can they be rounded(duh) and can harm skin. if it works for u then id keep using it too!
