You know what Tara>? I went to a yoga class for the first time because of the positive effects your videos had on me, and it was great! I’m going every week now and still watching your videos..keep them coming
Fun video tips! I love the cuts of you doing the really advanced postures. I would love to bend over backwards for you one day, but that’s beyond me at this time, even in my martial arts of the Bujinkan Dojo there are flexibility stretches like those, so maybe working with you I will advance to that level in my future, which will help me in my training with increased flexibility. I’ll share this with my facebook friends.
i totally have the same problem! i don’t know what to do. i’ve just been trying to find some sort of stretch to fix that, but i’m not sure which one to do or whether its working. i need help!
Since I watch your videos,water replaces all my drinks(except for the coffe in the morning) and it feels ,shows better.I also started swimming and now look after a school for yoga!
I can’t do the child’s pose. I have never been able to sit on my legs. I guess some of the muscles in my tigh are too short. Any thoughts on that? Great video!

I like this one. Good advice for everyone even if you’ve been to million yoga classes. … Maybe #3 should be try not to fart …lol…especially if your doing hot (brikam) yoga …lol..Just joking ,good video

i can’t do a downward dog. what can I do to help flex those muscles so I will be able to do it?

i’m gonna take my first yoga class next semester and i’m really worried. i’m not the most flexible or thinnest person on the planet…will i be ok?
hey I wanna take a class at school called yoga for dancers. but im not a dancer should I still take it?

Tip #3 – Wear something comfortable and stretchy. I have found tank top inst of regular T is more comfy. Running shorts are good, too.
