Mother and Baby – new relationship, sleep depravation. A calm relaxed mum/family often results in calmness all around. Babies feel your stress, their intuition is at a high level, mothers need to be relaxed and have time to nurture themselves. CD’s found on google relaxationforme on Relaxation, Alpah (music) for baby’s settling and soothing, Recovery and more are designed for optimum well-being and function. @Billythachikk I think it’s important to let you know something: Being a parent is the hardest job you will ever have. Yes they are all beautiful and you have plenty of wonderful moments…but with a child you will have to rule out: Sleeping, eating, privacy, sanity, quiet time, party time, cleanliness, money (babies cost ALOT to raise). Don’t let that scare you away from parenting but let it make you think about when you are truely ready to take on the grand responsibility.
